The HOPE VI redevelopment project will have opportunities for local contractors and individuals to participate in the demolition of Pointe North and the construction of new homes and apartments.

Master Developer, Carleton Residential Properties and its contractors will be hiring a number of public housing residents, individuals who live in and around the Fairgrounds or Pointe North neighborhoods and other low income residents of Beaumont to work on the project. Both skilled and unskilled workers will be needed.
