What Does the Beaumont Housing Authority Do?

BHA provides rental assistance to low and moderate income families, elderly and handicapped individuals wishing to live within the city limits of Beaumont through the Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs.

 

I Need Emergency Shelter - How Can BHA Help?

 BHA does not provide emergency housing assistance.  We can however, refer you to one of the emergency shelters in the Golden Triangle area.

 

How Do I List My Property On the Section 8 Landlords List?

Landlords who are interested in placing a unit in the Section 8 program may contact us Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm at 409-951-7200.

 

Where are BHA's Public Housing Properties Located?

The property map on this website shows the location of all six of our Public Housing developments.

 

How Do I Apply For Assistance?

Applications are taken Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and again from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the BHA Central Office located at 1890 Laurel, Beaumont, Tx 77701.
