HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH BHAWelcome to the BHA Purchasing Department site. The purpose of this section is to provide interested parties with a general introduction on how to do business with BHA. The Purchasing Department's primary responsibility is to procure goods and services. BHA purchases a wide variety of goods and services such as office supplies, stoves and refrigerators, electrical, plumbing, painting supplies, janitorial supplies, vehicles and various construction items. BHA procures general and professional services including insurance, lawn care, pest control, training, legal, architectural and engineering services. The Purchasing Department is located at 1890 Laurel, Beaumont, Texas 77701, and we may be reached at (409) 951-7212, fax (409) 951-7271. Our regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.
